CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel orders before confirmation or preparation.

Once an order is:

• Packed
• Prepared
• Assigned to a delivery partner
• Dispatched

cancellation may not be allowed.

2. Cancellation Charges

BTOWN may apply cancellation charges on certain orders depending on preparation and delivery status.

3. Order Cancellation by BTOWN

BTOWN may cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Incorrect address
• Technical problems
• Safety concerns

4. Refund on Cancelled Orders

Eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
